Elite Agro Projects LLC (EAP), our agriculture subsidiary, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry Of Economy, UAE to promote the development of agri technology to support agricultural growth and innovation across the UAE.
A key element of the new MoU will be a new Smart Farming Innovation Challenge, aimed at enabling EAP to address specific issues facing the Agri industry in the UAE and beyond. Shortlisted solutions will be selected based on commercial feasibility, innovativeness, functionality and transferability.
Winning innovations will then be vetted, adapted and transferred to Elite Agro Projects as start-ups to be incubated within the UAE agri-industry, supporting the nation’s progress to becoming a leading entrepreneurship hub.
